We have just had our annual book week. We have had guest readers in the library each day, book related colouring activities, a book quiz competition and a fantastic Character Day where the children and staff dressed up as their favourite book characters. We also had staff reading their favourite picture books to different classes after lunch each day.

Book Week was a lot of fun. I really liked the opportunity to dress as character in our shared novel, Boy Overboard. I also really enjoyed reading to room's 7 and 13 students. What was your favourite part?
ReplyDeleteWell done Mrs Newman. I had so much fun during Library week and enjoyed reading to other classes at school. I already have my thinking cap on for what I want to dress up as next year. :)
